The Story

The new AOC Côtes de Bordeaux is a result of the fusion between the four fine terroirs of Côtes de Blaye, Côtes de Franc, Côtes de Castillon and 1res Côtes de Bordeaux. Grand Place celebrates the abundant diversity of these vineyards and invites you to discover the expression of their unique association. With a growing percentage of women doing the wine shopping and people increasingly fed up with current unexciting offers, we need to seduce our clients from a different angle on the Bordeaux vineyards – Grand Place invites just such discovery. As much as the city of Bordeaux has been given a fresh place in society life with its new pedestrian zones, the riverfront development and state of the art tramway; all against the backdrop of its gorgeously elegant architecture, Grand Place IS the new Bordeaux in a glass.

The Wine

60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 

In Grand Place we find a get-together of all those lovely subtleties of an authentic Bordeaux : Fruit, elegance, structure, freshness. A fun wine ; modern and accessible, without lacking in authentic character.
