The Story
Small 6 ha estate situated 10 kilometers north of the village of Saint-Emilion. Its modest size enables the wine to be handcrafted from harvest to barrel-ageing by husband-and-wife team Patricia and Philippe Bonnin.
The Wine
80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
The blend is round and smooth, and aged in French oak barrels to give a subtle clove and vanilla spiciness. It shows all the hallmarks of fine Right Bank. Enjoy on its own or with roast red meats or casseroles.
